长江经济带种植业碳排放效率评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 种植业是重要的温室气体排放源,长江经济带作为六大商品粮生产基地,研究长江经济带种植业碳减排问题具有重要的现实意义。文章结合IPCC碳排放系数法,并使用SBM-Undesirable模型测算了2011~2020年长江经济带各省市种植业碳排放总量和碳排放效率。结果表明:一是在长江经济带种植业碳排放量省域之间差距明显,商品粮生产基地碳排放量明显高于其他地区,但总体来看,种植业碳排放量呈现明显的下降趋势;长江经济带种植业碳排放效率水平长期处于有效状态的省市有重庆、上海和浙江,效率水平次之的有贵州、四川和江苏,处于中等水平的是云南、湖南和湖北,低水平的是江西和安徽,各省市之间效率水平差距明显;此外,经济发展水平高的地区种植业碳排放效率水平要高于经济发展水平低的地区,商品粮生产基地种植业总体碳排放水平要低于其他地区。为进一步降低长江经济带种植业碳排放水平,提出了大力发展低碳化种植、提升种植业碳减排技术水平和调整种植业结构等政策建议。 The plantation industry is an important source of greenhouse gas emissions,and the Yangtze River Economic Belt,as the six major commodity food production bases,is of great practical significance to study the carbon emission reduction of the plantation industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The article combines the IPCC carbon emission coefficient method and uses the SBM-Undesirable model to measure the total carbon emissions and carbon emission efficiency of the plantation industry in each province and city in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2011 to 2020.The results show that:first,there are obvious disparities between provinces and regions in the Yangtze River Economic Belt in terms of carbon emissions from the planting industry,and carbon emissions from commercial grain production bases are significantly higher than those from other regions,but in general,carbon emissions from the planting industry show an obvious decreasing trend;the provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt with long-term effective carbon emission efficiency levels in the planting industry include Chongqing,Shanghai and Zhejiang Province,and the next most efficient ones are Guizhou,Sichuan and Jiangsu Provinces.The provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Zone are Chongqing,Shanghai and Zhejiang;the next most efficient provinces are Guizhou,Sichuan and Jiangsu;the provinces in the middle level are Yunnan,Hunan and Hubei;the provinces and cities in the low level are Jiangxi and Anhui;the gap between the efficiency levels is obvious;in addition,the efficiency level of carbon emissions from the plantation industry in areas with high economic development is higher than that in areas with low economic development,and the overall carbon emissions from the plantation industry in the commodity grain production base is lower than that in other areas.In order to further reduce the carbon emission level of the planting industry in the Yangtze River Economic Zone,policy recommendations such as vigorously developing low-carbon planting,improving the level of carbon emission reduction technology in the planting industry and adjusting the structure of the planting industry are proposed.
