基于变化检测的省级基础测绘年度更新关键技术研究

摘要 面向省级基础测绘1∶10 000 DLG年度更新的需求,提出一种面向对象的遥感影像变化检测方法,以提取变化区域,辅助年度更新工作。首先获取矢量数据约束下的遥感影像同质像斑,完成面向对象分割;分别为水体、构筑物和植被构建特征空间,获取分类结果;最后对分类结果与本底矢量数据进行变化检测,从而得到变化区域;以变化区域作为主要更新范围,完成DLG要素采集更新工作。实验证明了本文方法的可行性,可作为省级基础测绘1∶10 000 DLG年度更新工作的有效辅助手段。 Facing the demand of 1∶10000 DLG annual update of provincial basic surveying and mapping,an object-oriented remote sensing image change detection method is proposed to extract the change area and assist the annual update.Firstly,the homogeneous image spots of remote sensing image constrained by vector data are obtained to complete object-oriented segmentation;construct feature spaces for water bodies,structures and vegetation respectively to obtain classification results;finally,the change of classification results and background vector data is detected to obtain the change region;take the change area as the main update range to complete the update of DLG elements.Experiments prove the feasibility of this method,which can be used as an effective auxiliary means for the annual update of 1∶10000 DLG of provincial basic surveying and mapping.
