国土空间移动信息系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Territorial Space Mobile Information System

为了向城市开发区土地报批预分析、招商规划选址、移动办公、政府规划和辅助决策等提供高效、便携的移动地理信息服务,本文开发了国土空间移动信息系统。系统采用“互联网+自然资源+移动GIS”等先进信息技术,基于安卓移动端设备,以开发区规划和自然资源、林业、水利等部门自然资源成果数据为基础,为开发区建设提供直观、全面、清晰的“一张图”资源台账,实现国土空间资源的管理、展示、查询、分析以及统计等功能,助力提升开发区智能化发展水平。

In order to provide efficient and portable mobile geographic information services for urban development zones,such as land approval and pre-analysis,investment planning and site selection,mobile office,government planning and decision-making assistance,a territorial spatial mobile information system is developed.The system adopts advanced information technologies such as"Internet+natural resources+mobile GIS",based on Android mobile terminal devices,provides intuitive,comprehensive and clear"one map"resource ledger for development zone construction based on development zone planning and natural resources,forestry,water conservancy and other departments'natural resources achievements data.Functions such as management,display,query,analysis and statistics of territorial and spatial resources will be realized to help improve the intelligent development level of development zones.
