摘要 矿产资源利用开发监管工作是自然资源部门矿产资源管理的一项重要工作,但目前存在监管力度低、监管手段落后等问题,导致矿区越界开采、违规生产、瞒报产量等违法行为屡禁不止。本文利用GIS、物联网、网格化等先进技术,构建省-市-县-街道四级矿产资源开发利用“天上看、网上管、地上查”监管体系,搭建矿产资源开发利用监管信息化平台,全面提升矿产资源开发利用信息化、精细化以及智能化管理水。 The supervision of the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources is an important work of the natural resources department in the management of mineral resources.However,there are some problems such as low supervision intensity and backward supervision means,which lead to illegal mining,illegal production and concealing output in mining areas.This article utilizes advanced technologies such as GIS,Internet of Things,and grid technology to construct a provincial-city-county-street four level supervision system for mineral resource exploitation and utilization,which includes"sky observation,online management,ground investigation".It also builds an information platform for mineral resource exploitation and utilization supervision,comprehensively improving the level of information,refinement,and intelligent management of mineral resource exploitation and utilization.
