Practice and Discussion on Production Management ofJoint Surveying and Mapping

以佛山市联合测绘为研究对象,旨在从测绘单位组织生产的视角,分析和总结联合测绘的生产特点和作业流程,探讨生产管理中存在的关键问题及建议对策,力图为测绘技术人员科学高效地进行联合测绘生产提供参考。本文认为通过一系列有效的方法举措,能够应对联合测绘生产管理中遇到的常见共性问题,可以满足测绘作业单位快速适应和提高联合测绘成果质量的实际需要。

Taking Foshan joint surveying and mapping as the research object,this paper aims to analyze and summarize the production characteristics and operation process of joint surveying and mapping from the perspective of surveying and mapping units'production organization,discusses the key problems existing in production management and propose countermeasures,and tries to provide reference for surveying and mapping technicians to carry out joint surveying and mapping production scientifically and efficiently.The article believes that:Through a series of effective methods and measures,we can deal with the common problems encountered in the production management of joint surveying and mapping,and meet the actual needs of surveying and mapping units to quickly adapt to and improve the quality of joint surveying and mapping results.
