东北野生榛子叶中鞣质成分的提取工艺研究

摘要 目的榛子叶中鞣质含量最高,临床应用广泛,对其进行研究开发具有重要意义。方法采用正交实验法,以鞣质主要代表成分没食子酸含量为指标,考察乙酸乙酯、正丁醇对鞣质萃取效果,筛选出超声提取榛子叶中鞣质为最佳提取工艺。结果榛子总鞣质、乙酸乙酯萃取物和正丁醇萃取物中所含的没食子酸成分含量为乙酸乙酯萃取物最高。结论鞣质具有重要的理论和实用价值,需在抗氧化实验中进一步确定各组分的鞣质含量。
