危机管理理论结合绩效考核法在护理管理中的应用研究

A Study on the Application of Crisis Management Theory Combined with Performance Appraisal Method in Nursing Management

目的研究分析危机管理理论结合绩效考核法在护理管理中的应用效果。方法将广西壮族自治区南丹县中医医院2021年1月—2022年12月于外科病区工作的20名护理人员视为观察对象,2021年1—12月实施单一绩效考核法,视为对照组,2022年1—12月实施危机管理理论结合绩效考核法,视为观察组。研究分析临床应用效果。结果观察组护理差错总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且护理质量各项指标评分、患者满意度分数、交流能力、专业素养、危机意识及护理文书评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理管理中实施危机管理理论结合绩效考核法,应用价值较高,能够降低护理差错事件发生率,提高护理质量与满意度,不断加强护理人员交流能力,提升专业素养及强化危机意识,值得推荐。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of crisis management theory combined with performance appraisal method in nursing management.Methods Twenty nursing staff working in the surgical ward of Nandan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,from January 2021 to December 2022 were considered as observation subjects.The performance appraisal method was implemented singly from January to December 2021(considered as the control group).Crisis management theory combined with performance appraisal method was implemented from January to December 2022(considered as the observation group).The effect of clinical application was studied and analyzed.Results The total incidence of nursing errors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the nursing quality index scores,patient satisfaction scores,communication skills,professionalism,crisis awareness and nursing instrument scores were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of crisis management theory combined with performance appraisal method in nursing management is of high application value,which can reduce the incidence of nursing errors,improve nursing quality and satisfaction,continuously strengthen nursing staff communication ability,enhance professionalism and strengthen crisis awareness,and is recommended.
