超声科中质控专项管理的实施效果

Implementation Effect of Special Quality Control Management in Ultrasound Department

目的分析质量专项管理应用于超声科的价值与实施效果。方法选取2020年12月—2022年12月宜都市人民医院超声影像科就职的16名医务人员作为研究对象,于2020年12月—2021年5月开展常规管理为管理前,于2021年6月—2022年12月实施质控专项管理为管理后,比较专项管理开展前后超声科室工作质量、满意度水平、质量控制效果评分。结果管理后科室医务人员工作质量评分、专科技能评分、检查准确性、业务水平评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后科室质量控制效果评价中报道书写、预约时间、科室管理、服务态度评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后超声工作质量整体评估、检查项目符合临床诊疗需求、检查结果汇报及时性、报告准确性与规范性满意度评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用质控专项管理对超声科科室进行干预,可提高医务人员的工作质量水平,提高科室质量控制管理效果,提高工作满意度水平。

Objective To analyze the value and implementation effect of special quality management in ultrasound department.Methods Sixteen medical personnel who worked in the Ultrasound Imaging Department of Yidu People´s Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Routine management was conducted from December 2020 to May 2021 as after the management,and special quality control management was implemented from June 2021 to December 2022 as before the management.The work quality,satisfaction level,and quality control effectiveness scores of the ultrasound department before and after the implementation of the special management were compared.Results The scores of work quality,specialized skills,examination accuracy,and professional skills of medical personnel in the department after management were higher than those in the pre management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of report writing,appointment time,department management,and service attitude in the post management were significantly higher than those in the pre management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall evaluation of ultrasound work quality,the compliance of examination items with clinical diagnosis and treatment needs,the timeliness,accuracy,and normative satisfaction scores of the post-management were higher than those of the pre-management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using special quality control management to intervene in ultrasound departments can improve the work quality level of medical personnel,improve the quality control management effect of departments,and improve the level of job satisfaction.
