护理风险管理在脊柱外科中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Nursing Risk Management in Spinal Surgery

目的分析脊柱外科应用护理风险管理方法的应用效果。方法选择2020年11月—2022年11月期间在烟台市中医医院脊柱外科任职的36名护士作为研究对象,2020年11月—2021年11月期间行常规管理,2021年12月—2022年11月期间在常规管理基础上,增加护理风险管理。对比两种管理模式下风险事件发生率、护理质量评分和满意度。结果风险管理模式下,风险事件发生率为2.91%,低于常规管理下的8.99%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。风险管理模式各项护理质量评分均高于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。风险管理模式下护理人员满意度为91.67%,高于常规管理模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理针对脊柱外科护理人员效果明显,可有效降低风险事件发生率和并发症发生率,提高护理质量。

Objective Analysis of the application effect of nursing risk management methods in spinal surgery.Methods 36 nurses who worked in the spinal surgery department of Yantai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and to increase nursing risk management from December 2021 to November 2022 on the basis of routine management.The risk event rate,nursing quality score and satisfaction were compared under the two management modes.Results Under the risk management mode,the incidence of risk events was 2.91%,lower than 8.99%under the conventional management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All nursing quality scores of risk management mode were higher than those of conventional management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing staff under the risk management mode was 91.67%,higher than that under the conventional management mode,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management can effectively reduce the incidence of risk events and complications,and improve the quality of nursing.
