护士分层培训管理在手术室护士管理中的效果观察及护士满意度分析

Effect Observation of Hierarchical Training Management of Nurses in Operating Room Nurse Management and Nurse Satisfaction Analysis

目的探讨手术室护士管理中应用护士分层培训管理的效果。方法选取2020年5月—2022年5月枣庄市山亭区人民医院手术室护士23名为研究对象,2020年5月—2021年5月期间行常规护理,2021年6月—2022年5月期间基于常规管理基础上增加护士分层培训管理,对比两种管理方式下护士护理能力、风险事件发生率和工作满意度。结果分层培训管理后,护士理论知识和实践操作的护理能力评分均高于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分层培训管理后,风险事件发生率为4.35%,低于常规管理下的26.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分层培训管理后,手术室护士工作满意度为91.30%,高于常规管理下的65.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士分层培训管理在手术室护士管理中效果显著,可有效增加护士护理能力和工作满意度,建立对自身工作的正确认识,并减少风险事件,可进一步推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of applying hierarchical training management of nurses in the management of operating room nurses.Methods 23 nurses in the operating room of Shanting District People´s Hospital of Zaozhuang City from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Routine nursing care was provided during the period from May 2020 to May 2021,and hierarchical training management for nurses was added based on routine management during the period from June 2021 to May 2022.Compared the nursing ability,risk event incidence,and job satisfaction of nurses under the two management methods.Results After hierarchical training management,the scores of nurses´theoretical knowledge and practical skills were higher than those of routine management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After hierarchical training management,the incidence of risk events was 4.35%,lower than 26.09%under conventional management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After hierarchical training management,the job satisfaction of operating room nurses was 91.30%,higher than 65.22%under conventional management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical training management of nurses has significant effect in the management of nurses in the operating room.It can effectively increase nurses´nursing ability and job satisfaction,establish a correct understanding of their own work,and reduce risk events,which can be further promoted.
