摘要
目的探讨信息化管理技术在医院检验科中的应用及对工作效率的影响。方法选择2020年10月—2022年10月昌乐县人民医院检验科工作人员48名为研究对象,于2020年10月—2021年10月采用常规方法管理,设为对照组(n=24);于2021年11月—2022年10月实施联合信息化管理技术,设为观察组(n=24)。两组均完成3个月管理,比较两组管理质量、工作效率、检验服务水平及满意度。结果观察组管理3个月后设备操作、清洁消毒、标本存放、安全监测、无菌操作及标本转运评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理3个月后工作效率、标本条码管理、危急值通报、标本检验、报告打印及废弃标本处理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理3个月后质量手册、程序文件、危急值项目清单、标本管理、检验精度满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化管理技术用于医院检验科中,能提升科室管理质量,提高工作效率和检验服务水平,可获得较高的满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of information management technology in hospital clinical laboratory department and its impact on work efficiency.Methods 48 staff members from the Laboratory Department of Changle County People´s Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.From October 2020 to October 2021,routine methods were used for management and a control group(n=24)was established;from November 2021 to October 2022,the joint information management technology was established as an observation group(n=24).Both groups completed three months of management,and compared the management quality,work efficiency,inspection service level,and satisfaction between the two groups.Results After 3 months of management,the scores of equipment operation,cleaning and disinfection,specimen storage,safety monitoring,aseptic operation,and specimen transfer in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 3 months of management,the scores of work efficiency,specimen barcode management,critical value notification,specimen inspection,report printing,and disposal of discarded specimens in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 3 months of management,the satisfaction degree with quality manual,procedure documents,critical value item list,specimen management,and test accuracy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Information management technology used in hospital clinical laboratory department can improve the quality of department management,improve the efficiency and test service level,and can obtain higher satisfaction,which is worth promoting and applying.
