加强疫苗冷链管理对控制疾控中心疫苗安全的作用

Strengthening the Role of Vaccine Cold Chain Management for CDC Vaccine Safety Control

目的探讨加强疫苗冷链管理对控制疾控中心疫苗安全的作用。方法于2021年7—12月蒙阴县人民医院参与冷链管理的30名医护人员实施常规管理(实施前);于2022年1—6月本院参与冷链管理的30名医护人员实施加强疫苗冷链管理(实施后),比较加强疫苗冷链管理实施前后超温疫苗、失效疫苗的发生率及医护人员的工作质量。结果加强疫苗冷链管理实施后的超温疫苗与失效疫苗发生率低于实施前,医护人员的疫苗冷链管理差错事件发生率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疫苗冷链管理实施后医护人员的工作质量评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强疫苗冷链管理可降低超温疫苗与失效疫苗发生率,减少医护人员的疫苗冷链管理差错事件发生,提高医护人员的工作质量。

Objective To explore the effect of strengthening vaccine cold chain management on vaccine safety control in CDC.Methods 30 medical staff participating in the cold chain management implemented routine management(before implementation)from July to December 2021;and 30 medical staff involved in the cold chain management of our hospital implemented the enhanced cold chain management of vaccines(after implementation)from January to June 2022.Compared the incidence of overtemperature vaccines and ineffective vaccines and the work quality of medical staff before and after the implementation of strengthen vaccine cold chain management.Results The incidence of overtemperature vaccines and ineffective vaccines after the implementation of strengthened vaccine cold chain management was lower than before the implementation,and the incidence of vaccine cold chain management error events of medical staff was lower than before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work quality score of medical staff after the implementation of vaccine cold chain management was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening vaccine cold chain management can reduce the incidence of overtemperature vaccines and ineffective vaccines,reduce the occurrence of vaccine cold chain management errors,and improve the work quality of medical staff.
