Performance management is an important component of hospital management.Through scientific and effective performance management,it can effectively strengthen the risk control ability of the hospital,realize the optimal allocation of resources,and give play to the advantages of modern hospital management.From the perspective of risk control needs,hospital performance management should further optimize the management plan and clarify the significance of risk control.By sorting out the causes of each risk one by one,the risk control needs of hospital performance management are accurately analyzed,so that each risk factor can be accurately controlled.This paper mainly explores the necessity of risk control in hospital performance management,and formulates scientific and feasible performance management measures.
