隧道接触网预埋槽道是铁路站前土建施工非常重要的一项工作,因槽道预埋位置精度要求高,无法进行返工处理,一旦出现问题就要进行后置,后置预埋槽道的成本高,施工难度大。近年一些铁路项目均出现了槽道预埋不合格,需要后期槽道外置,外置费用高,造成了巨大的经济损失。本文结合某铁路项目隧道工程预埋槽道出现的问题,谈谈典型的错误方式及后期预防方法。

The pre-buried channels for the over head contact system is a crucial task in the civil construction of railway stations.Due to the high precision requirements of the pre-buried channel position,rework is not feasible.Once problems occur,it requires subsequent adjustments,which incur high costs and pose great construction difficulties.In recent years,several railway projects have encountered issues with non-compliant pre-buried channels,leading to the need for external placement and resulting in significant economic losses.This paper discusses the typical mistakes and preventive measures based on the problems encountered in the pre-buried channels of a specific railway tunnel project.
