摘要
中国铁建国际城诗景广场项目位于天津市河北区金钟河大街,建筑总面积209798.8m2,施工过程中涉及的工程多,工序复杂,为了确保改项目的顺利开展,本文对施工过程中施工区域的划分,施工流程的安排,施工计划制定及保证措施等方面进行了分析,为今后类似工程项目的开展提供了有意参考。
China Railway Construction International City Residential Community Shijing Square project is located in Jinzhonghe Street,Hebei District,Tianjin,with a total construction area of 209798.8㎡.In order to ensure the smooth development of the project,this paper analyzes the division of construction area,construction process arrangement,construction plan formulation and guarantee measures in the construction process,which provides an reference for the development of similar engineering projects in the future.
