改制以来,消防救援队伍始终以训词精神为指引,不忘初心、牢记使命,边转制、边转型、边应急,全力扛起新职责新使命,圆满完成了各项急难险重任务。然而,面对日益拓展的职能任务需求、群众对安全感不断提升的需求,以及灾情多发频发的严峻复杂形势,消防救援队伍面临着重大考验和挑战,这就要求消防救援队伍改革重塑、转型升级、提质强能,实现专业化、职业化,适应“全灾种、大应急”职能任务的需要。“工欲善其事,必先利其器”,因此,如何使消防装备时刻保持最佳状态、发挥最优效能就显得尤为重要。装备维修保养能力直接关系到装备技术性能和作战效能的发挥,对灭火战斗和应急救援任务的完成有重大影响,现结合现阶段队伍建设实际,就如何做好装备维修保养进行了一些思考和探索,希望给相关工作的开展提供一定参考。

Since the restructuring,the fire and rescue team has always been guided by the spirit of the instruction,do not forget the original intention,remember the mission,while the conversion,transformation,emergency response,to carry new responsibilities and new missions,successfully completed the emergency and difficult tasks.However,in the face of the increasingly expanded functional task needs,the masses on the increasing demand for a sense of security,as well as the serious and complex situation of the frequent occurrence of disasters,the fire and rescue team is facing a major test and challenge,which requires the fire and rescue team reform and reinvention,transformation and upgrading,quality and strength,to achieve professionalism,professionalization,to adapt to the"full disaster,big emergency"The need for functional tasks."Work wants to be good at what it does,must first benefit its tools",therefore,how to make firefighting equipment always keep the best state,play the optimal performance is particularly important.Equipment repair and maintenance capabilities are directly related to the technical performance of the equipment and combat effectiveness,and have a significant impact on the completion of firefighting and emergency rescue tasks,now combined with the current stage of team building the actual,on how to do a good job of equipment repair and maintenance of some thinking and exploration,hope to provide some reference to the relevant work.
