高层建筑消防灭火救援难点与要点研究

Research on difficulties and key points of fire fighting and rescue in high-rise buildings

为有效提升高层建筑消防灭火救援效率,保障受灾人员和救援人员的人身安全,对高层建筑的消防灭火救援难点与要点进行重点研究。针对高层建筑灭火救援工作存在的火灾发展速度快、人员疏散难、消防设备缺失以及救援手段短缺等主要难点,提出了外部采取措施控制火势蔓延、开展高效的人员撤离疏散行动、高效利用建筑和周围已有的消防装置以及采用多种高层救援设备与技术的解决要点。希望通过对高层建筑消防灭火救援难点与要点的研究分析,为今后的高层建筑救援工作开展提供参考。

In order to effectively improve the efficiency of fire fighting and rescue in high-rise buildings and ensure the personal safety of disaster victims and rescuers,the difficulties and key points of fire fighting and rescue in high-rise buildings are studied.Aiming at the main difficulties in the fire fighting and rescue work of high-rise buildings,such as the rapid development of fires,the difficulty of evacuating personnel,the lack of fire equipment and the shortage of rescue means,it is proposed to take external measures to control the spread of fires,carry out efficient personnel evacuation operations,and efficiently utilize fire equipment in and around the building,and use a variety of high-rise rescue equipment and technologies.It is hoped that through the research and analysis of the difficulties and key points of fire fighting and rescue in high-rise buildings,it will provide references for the future rescue work of high-rise buildings.
