“淘宝村”消防安全防范和灭火救援处置对策探究——以睢宁县“淘宝村”电商产业为例

Research on the countermeasures of fire safety prevention and fire fighting and rescue in"Taobao Village"--Taking the e-commerce industry of"Taobao Village"in Suining County as an example

电子商务产业的快速发展加速了睢宁县木材加工生产企业的发展,目前全县简易家具生产销售占淘宝网总销量的80%,已形成完整的网络产业链。睢宁县木材加工生产企业多以“前店后厂”“三合一”小微企业为主,此类企业由于历史原因,普遍存在着企业发展不均衡、消防安全隐患大、企业主安全生产意识不强等现实问题,加上近几年经济效益不佳,逐渐形成带有淘宝家具企业特点的区域性消防安全隐患。基于此,从当地实际情况出发,针对存在的问题,提出消防安全防范和灭火救援处置对策。

The rapid development of the e-commerce industry has accelerated the development of wood processing and production enterprises in Suining County.At present,the production and sales of simple furniture in the county account for 80%of Taobao's total sales,and a complete network industry chain has been formed.Most of the wood processing and production enterprises in Suining County are"front shop and back factory"and"threein-one"small and micro enterprises.Due to historical reasons,such enterprises generally have uneven enterprise development,large hidden dangers of fire safety,and poor awareness of the safety of business owners.In addition,in recent years,poor economic benefits have gradually formed regional fire safety hazards with the characteristics of Taobao furniture enterprises.Based on this,starting from the current local situation,according to the existing problems,countermeasures for fire safety prevention and fire fighting and rescue are put forward.
