阿立哌唑与利培酮在双相障碍躁狂症治疗中的应用效果

Effectiveness of Aripiprazole and Risperidone in the Treatment of Bipolar Disorder Mania

目的:比较阿立哌唑与利培酮在双相障碍躁狂症治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年9月—2020年9月黄石市精神病医院精神科收治的双相障碍躁狂症患者120例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各60例。对照组予以利培酮治疗,试验组予以阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、狂躁量表评分和不良反应发生率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。治疗后,两组患者狂躁量表评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。结论:阿立哌唑和利培酮均对双相障碍躁狂症患者的病情有改善作用,但阿立哌唑临床治疗效果更理想,可改善患者狂躁状况,药物安全性较高。

Objective:To compare the application effects of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of bipolar disorder mania.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with bipolar disorder mania admitted to the psychiatric department of Huangshi Psychiatric Hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with sixty cases each.The control group was treated with risperidone medication and the test group was treated with aripiprazole medication.The treatment effect,mania scale score and incidence of adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).After treatment,the mania scale score decreased in both groups,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).Conclusion:Aripiprazole and risperidone both improve the condition of bipolar disorder manic patients,but the clinical treatment effect of aripiprazole is more ideal and can improve the manic condition of patients,and the drug safety is higher.
