虚实结合挂线法与传统实挂线法治疗高位肛瘘的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Combined Virtual and Real Hanging Wire Method and Traditional Real Hanging Wire Method in the Treatment of High Anal Fistula

目的:分析虚实结合挂线法和传统实挂线法治疗高位肛瘘的临床效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年1月新疆乌鲁木齐市中医医院肛肠科收治的高位肛瘘患者60例为观察对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组给予传统实挂线法治疗,研究组给予虚实结合挂线法治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、视觉模拟评分量表评分及创面愈合时间。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。研究组视觉模拟评分量表评分低于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组术后肛门功能中Ⅰ度构成比高于对照组,Ⅱ度构成比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床对于高位肛瘘患者采取虚实结合挂线法治疗的临床效果优于传统实挂线法,术后患者的疼痛程度更轻微,创面愈合速度更快,可促进患者疾病康复。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of the combined virtual and real hanging wire method and the traditional real hanging wire method in the treatment of high anal fistula.Methods:Sixty patients with high anal fistula admitted to the Department of Anorectal Medicine,Xinjiang Urumqi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to January 2022 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,thirty cases each.The control group was treated with the traditional real hanging wire method,and the study group was treated with the combined virtual and real hanging wire method.The treatment effect,visual analog scale score and wound healing time were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).The visual analog scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the healing time of the trauma was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The composition ratio of degreeⅠin postoperative anal function was higher in the study group than in the control group,and the composition ratio of degreeⅡwas lower than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of adopting the combined virtual and real hanging method for high anal fistula patients is better than that of the traditional real hanging wire method,and the postoperative pain of patients is less severe and the wound healing is faster,which can promote the recovery of patients.
