替诺福韦联合拉米夫定和依非韦伦治疗艾滋病的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Tenofovir Combined with Lamivudine and Efavirenz in the Treatment of AIDS

目的:探讨替诺福韦联合拉米夫定和依非韦伦治疗艾滋病的临床效果。方法:选取2019年11月—2021年11月麻江县人民医院收治的艾滋病患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予齐多夫定联合拉米夫定和依非韦伦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合替诺福韦治疗。比较两组患者生化指标水平、T淋巴细胞数量、治疗依从性和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组患者血红蛋白水平均升高,甘油三酯、淀粉酶、谷丙转氨酶水平均降低,观察组血红蛋白水平高于对照组,甘油三酯、淀粉酶、谷丙转氨酶水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者成熟T淋巴细胞(CD3^(+))、T辅助淋巴细胞(CD4^(+))、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均升高,T抑制淋巴细胞(CD8^(+))水平均降低,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。结论:替诺福韦联合拉米夫定和依非韦伦治疗艾滋病效果显著,可改善患者生化指标水平及T淋巴细胞数量,提高其治疗依从性。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of tenofovir combined with lamivudine and efavirenz in the treatment of AIDS.Methods:One hundred and twenty AIDS patients admitted to Majiang County People's Hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with sixty cases in each group.The control group was treated with Zidovudine combined with lamivudine and efavirenz,and the observation group was treated with tenofovir on the basis of the control group.Biochemical indexes,T lymphocyte count,treatment compliance and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the hemoglobin level of both groups increased,while the levels of triglyceride,amylase and alanine aminotransferase decreased,and the hemoglobin level of observation group was higher than that of control group.The levels of triglyceride,amylase and alanine aminotransferase were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of mature T lymphocytes(CD3^(+)),T helper lymphocytes(CD4^(+))and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)increased in both groups.The levels of T-inhibitory lymphocytes(CD8^(+))were decreased,and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of CD8^(+)were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).Conclusion:Tenofovir combined with lamivudine and efavirenz has significant effect in the treatment of AIDS,which can improve the level of biochemical indicators and T lymphocyte count of patients,and improve their treatment compliance.
