多元化康复模式护理干预对胫骨平台骨折患者的影响

摘要 目的:探讨多元化康复模式护理干预在胫骨平台骨折(TPF)患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月金乡县人民医院收治的TPF患者60例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予多元化康复模式护理干预。比较两组患者疾病康复知识知晓率、膝关节功能、胫骨平台后倾角、生活质量。结果:观察组疾病康复知识知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038);护理后,两组患者美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节功能评分、生活质量调查问卷(QOL-30)评分均升高,胫骨平台后倾角均降低,观察组HSS膝关节功能评分、QOL-30评分高于对照组,胫骨平台后倾角小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多元化康复模式护理干预能够提升TPF患者疾病康复知识知晓率,减小胫骨平台后倾角,促进膝关节功能改善,提高生活质量。 Objective:To explore the value of diversified rehabilitation mode nursing interventions in patients with tibial plateau fracture(TPF).Methods:Sixty cases of TPF patients admitted to Jinxiang County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,thirty cases each.The control group was given conventional nursing interventions,and the observation group was given diversified rehabilitation mode nursing interventions.The rate of knowledge of disease rehabilitation,knee joint function,tibial plateau posterior tilt angle and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The knowledge rate of disease rehabilitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038);After care,the HSS knee function score and quality of life questionnaire(QOL-30)score increased and the tibial plateau posterior tilt angle decreased in both groups,and the HSS knee function score and QOL-30 score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the tibial plateau posterior tilt angle was smaller than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diversified rehabilitation mode nursing intervention can improve the knowledge rate of TPF patients about disease rehabilitation,reduce the posterior tibial plateau tilt angle,promote the improvement of knee function,and improve the quality of life.
