针对性护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Targeted Nursing in Nursing Care of Children with Pneumonia

目的:探讨针对性护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月泰州妇产医院收治的小儿肺炎100例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取针对性护理。比较两组患儿临床症状缓解时间、护理有效率、治疗依从性。结果:研究组气促、发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音、喘憋缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组患儿的护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021)。研究组哭闹不止、焦躁不安、面部挣扎、抗拒行为及言语拒绝评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:针对性护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果显著,可提高患儿治疗依从性和护理效果,缓解肺炎相关症状。

Objective:To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in the nursing care of children with pneumonia.Methods:Select 100 children with pneumonia who were admitted to Taizhou Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from January to December 2022 as observation objects,and divide them into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group took routine care,and the study group took targeted care.The clinical symptom relief time,nursing effectiveness and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:The relief time of shortness of breath,fever,cough,pulmonary rales,and wheezing in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021).The scores of crying,restlessness,facial struggle,resistive behavior and verbal rejection in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of children with pneumonia is significant,which can improve the treatment compliance and nursing effect of children,and relieve pneumonia-related symptoms.
