加速康复外科护理对口腔癌皮瓣移植术患者的应用效果

Application Effect of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Nursing on Patients with Oral Cancer Skin Flap Transplantation

目的:探讨加速康复外科护理在口腔癌皮瓣移植术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月山东省滨州医学院附属医院收治的行皮瓣移植术的口腔癌患者82例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予加速康复外科护理干预。比较两组患者康复进程、营养指标水平、心理状态及并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后首次经口进食、术后首次下床活动、导管留置与住院时间均短于对照组,术后48 h视觉模拟评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,观察组血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。结论:加速康复外科护理在口腔癌皮瓣移植术患者中的应用效果显著,能改善其负面情绪,满足机体营养需求,减少并发症的发生,加快术后康复进程。

Objective:To explore the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing in patients with oral cancer flap transplantation.Methods:From June 2020 to June 2022,82 patients with oral cancer who underwent skin flap transplantation in the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College,Shandong Province were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The recovery process,nutritional index level,psychological state and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group took the first oral food after the operation,got out of bed for the first time after the operation,catheter indwelling and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group,and the visual analogue score at 48 hours after the operation was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the levels of serum albumin,prealbumin,and hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).Conclusion:The application effect of enhanced rehabilitation surgery nursing in patients with oral cancer skin flap transplantation is significant,which can improve their negative emotions,meet the nutritional needs of the body,reduce the occurrence of complications,and accelerate the postoperative recovery process.
