乙型肝炎肝硬化患者外周血Th9细胞水平与肝功能的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Peripheral Blood Th9 Cell Level with Liver Function in Patients with Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

【目的】探讨乙型肝炎肝硬化患者肝功能与外周血Th9细胞表达水平的相关性。【方法】两院收治的140例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者,其中代偿期肝硬化患者56例(A组),失代偿期肝硬化患者84例(B组),另选取60例同期健康体检者作为对照组。比较三组对象外周血Th9细胞表达水平和血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、总胆红素(TBIL)水平;采用Pearson相关性分析肝功能指标与外周血Th9细胞表达的相关性。【结果】B组患者外周血Th9细胞亚群占比显著高于A组患者和对照组(P<0.05);A组患者外周血Th9细胞亚群占比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,A组和B组患者血清AST、ALT、ALP、γ-GT、TBIL水平明显升高(P<0.05),且B组患者上述指标均高于A组(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,乙型肝炎肝硬化患者血清AST、ALT、γ-GT、TBIL水平与外周血Th9细胞表达均呈正相关(r=0.562、0.536、0.574、0.504,均P<0.05)。【结论】乙型肝炎肝硬化患者外周血Th9细胞呈高表达,且与AST、ALT、γ-GT、TBIL水平均呈正相关,提示其可能参与了乙型肝炎肝硬化的发生、发展。

【Objective】To investigate the correlation between liver function and Th9 cells in peripheral blood of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.【Methods】A total of 140 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted to two hospitals,including 56 patients with compensatory cirrhosis(A group)and 84 patients with decompensated cirrhosis(B group).While 60 healthy people during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression of Th9 cells in peripheral blood and the serum levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),gamma-glutamyl transpeptide(γ-GT)as well as total bilirubin(TBIL)were measured in all three groups.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between liver function indexes and Th9 cell expression in peripheral blood.【Results】The percentage of Th9 cell subsets in peripheral blood of patients with B group was significantly higher than that of A group and the control group(P<0.05);The percentage of Th9 cell subsets in peripheral blood of A group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of AST,ALT,ALP,γ-GT and TBIL in patients with A group and B group were increased(P<0.05),and the above indexes in patients with B group were higher than those in A group(P<0.05).The levels of serum AST,ALT,γ-GT and TBIL in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were positively correlated with Th9 cell expression in peripheral blood(r=0.562,0.536,0.574,and 0.504,respectively,P<0.05).【Conclusion】Th9 cells in peripheral blood of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis are highly expressed,and Th9 cell level is positively correlated with AST,ALT,γ-GT and TBIL,suggesting that Th9 cells may be involved in the development of hepatitis B cirrhosis.
