应用双层式虫卵过滤装置进行蛔虫卵检测的效果

The Effect of Using a Double-layer Egg Filtration Device for Detecting Roundworm Eggs

目的 分析双层式虫卵过滤装置用于蛔虫卵检测的效果及优势。方法 选取2021年4月至2022年12月948例蛔虫感染确诊患儿的粪便样品分为一式两份,同时采用两种方法进行样品前期处理,其中以纱布烧杯过滤装置进行样品前期处理的样品作为对照组,以双层式虫卵过滤装置进行样品前期处理的样品作为试验组,均采用0.9%氯化钠注射液直接涂片法进行蛔虫卵检测,比较两组样品蛔虫卵检出率和每克粪便样品的蛔虫卵计数;比较20名操作人员对两种样品前期处理方法 3个维度(样品前期处理效率、样品前期处理方便程度、样品前期处理卫生状况)的满意程度。结果 试验组阳性检出率高于对照组,每克粪便样品蛔虫卵计数大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。20名参与操作过程的工作人员对样品前期处理过程的3个维度进行满意度评价,试验组3个维度满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 双层式虫卵过滤装置用于蛔虫卵检测,可提升检测效果,操作人员对样品前期处理效率、方便程度、卫生状况也更满意。

Objective The effectiveness and advantages of a double-layer egg filtration device for detecting roundworm eggs were analyzed.Methods From April 2021 to December 2022,fecal samples from 948 confirmed pediatric patients with roundworm infection were divided into two copies.The control group was treated with a gauze beaker filtration device for sample pre-treatment,and the experimental group was treated with a double-layer worm egg filtration device for sample pre-treatment.Both groups were tested for roundworm eggs using the saline direct smear method.The detection rate of roundworm eggs and the count of roundworm eggs per gram of fecal samples were compared between the two groups;Compare the satisfaction level of 20 operators with two sample pre-treatment methods in three dimensions(sample pre-treatment efficiency,sample pre-treatment convenience,and sample pre-treatment hygiene).Results 948 confirmed cases of roundworm infection were treated with both control and experimental methods for sample preparation.The positive detection rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the roundworm egg count per gram of fecal sample in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).20 staff members participating in the operation process evaluated the satisfaction level of the three dimensions of the sample pre-treatment process.The satisfaction rate of the three dimensions in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences in satisfaction levels of each dimension were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The double-layer egg filtration device is used for the pre-treatment of the sample to be tested for roundworm egg detection,which can improve the detection effect.The operator is also more satisfied with the efficiency,convenience,and hygiene of the sample pre-treatment.
