风险评估结合PDCA循环护理管理模式在泌尿外科患者安全管理中的应用

Application of Risk Assessment Combined with PDCA Cycle Nursing Management Model in the Safety Management of Urological Patients

目的探讨泌尿外科患者安全管理采用风险评估结合PDCA循环护理管理的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年7月医院收治的80例泌尿外科患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用PDCA循环护理管理模式,观察组在对照组基础上采用风险评估。比较两组导管引流有效率、焦虑抑郁、护理缺陷及术后出血发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组导管引流有效率、护理总满意度比对照组高,护理缺陷及术后出血发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均比干预前低,且观察组比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泌尿外科患者安全管理采用风险评估结合PDCA循环护理管理可提升引流效果,降低护理缺陷及术后出血发生率,缓解负性情绪,提高护理满意度。

Objective The effect of risk assessment combined with PDCA cycle nursing management on the safety management of urological patients was investigated.Methods According to the random number table method,80 urological patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 were divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.With the use of PDCA cycle nursing management mode in the control group and use of risk assessment on the basis of the control group in the observation group,the effective rate of catheter drainage,anxiety and depression,nursing defects,incidence of postoperative bleeding,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of catheter drainage and overall satisfaction with nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the incidence of nursing defects and postoperative bleeding was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);After intervention,the scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the safety management of patient safety in urology,risk assessment combined with PDCA cycle nursing management can improve the drainage effect,reduce the incidence of nursing defects and postoperative bleeding,alleviate negative emotions,and improve nursing satisfaction.
