腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术对结直肠癌患者的影响

The Impact of Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Colorectal Cancer on Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的研究腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术对结直肠癌患者预后的影响。方法方便选取2018年1月—2022年5月新沂市人民医院收治的结直肠癌患者135例,按照随机数表法分为研究组(n=68)与开腹组(n=67)。开腹组选择开放性结直肠根治手术,研究组运用腹腔镜结直肠根治手术,对比两组患者手术相关指标、应激反应、炎症反应、术后并发症。结果术后,研究组各项手术相关指标均比开腹组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,研究组各项应激反应指标、炎症反应指标均比开腹组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率(1.47%)比开腹组(11.94%)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.381,P<0.05)。结论在对结直肠癌进行治疗时,选择腹腔镜辅助进行结直肠癌根治手术术后炎症水平更低,患者手术创伤更小,术后恢复更快,患者应激反应明显更低,建议临床手术中积极采纳。

Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic radical colorectal cancer surgery on the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 135 colorectal cancer patients admitted to Xinyi People's Hospital from January 2018 to May 2022 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into a study group(n=68)and an open abdominal group(n=67)using a random number table method.The open abdominal group chose open radical colorectal surgery,while the study group used laparoscopic radical colorectal surgery to compare surgical related indicators,stress response,inflammatory response,and postoperative complications between the two groups of patients.Results After surgery,all surgical related indicators in the study group were better than those in the open abdominal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the stress response indicators and inflammatory response indicators in the study group were lower than those in the open abdominal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group(1.47%)was lower than that in the open abdominal group(11.94%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.381,P<0.05).Conclusion When treating colorectal cancer,choosing laparoscopic assisted radical surgery for colorectal cancer has lower levels of inflammation,less surgical trauma,faster postoperative recovery,and significantly lower stress response results.It is recommended to actively adopt it in actual surgery.
