产教融合共创产业学院对于中职教育有着重大的推动作用,在中职学校开设烹饪类产业学院,能够联通学校人才供给端和企业人才需求端,促进烹饪类特色产业学院高质量发展。但是,目前在中职学校创建烹饪类特色产业学院还存在不少问题,如激励措施不足、合作动力不够、运转困难较多、学生离职率高等问题,本文结合实际,提出了推动中职烹饪类特色产业学院高质量发展的措施。
