摘要
产教融合共创产业学院对于中职教育有着重大的推动作用,在中职学校开设烹饪类产业学院,能够联通学校人才供给端和企业人才需求端,促进烹饪类特色产业学院高质量发展。但是,目前在中职学校创建烹饪类特色产业学院还存在不少问题,如激励措施不足、合作动力不够、运转困难较多、学生离职率高等问题,本文结合实际,提出了推动中职烹饪类特色产业学院高质量发展的措施。
The integration of industry and education to create industry college has a significant role in promoting secondary vocational education.The opening of cooking industry college in secondary vocational schools can connect the supply side of school talents and the demand side of enterprise talents,and promote the high-quality development of cooking characteristic industry college.However,there are still many problems in the establishment of cooking characteristic industry colleges in secondary vocational schools,such as insufficient incentive measures,insufficient cooperation motivation,difficult operation difficulties and high student turnover rate,The article proposes measures to promote the high-quality development of vocational culinary specialty industry colleges based on actual situations.
