摘要
本文就鹿源产品在食品、保健食品及药品等领域的开发应用进展,对各领域的相关质量控制评价标准体系的建立现状进行了整理,并对标准体系中存在的问题进行分析和展望,以供行业内人士及相关监管部门参考,从而促进鹿源产业体系的发展。
In this paper,the development and application progress of deer products in the fields of food,health food and medicine,as well as the establishment of the relevant quality control evaluation standard system in various fields were sorted out,and the problems in the standard system were analyzed and prospeced for the reference of the industry and relevant regulatory authorities,in order to promote the development of deer industrial system.
