国内外大宗米加工精度初探

摘要 为探究大宗稻米碾制加工现状,针对辽宁、河南、广东、贵州4地区5家大米加工厂进行实地调研。通过留取各道米机碾磨大米、购置粳米、籼米标准样品和日本成品米,对以上样品进行工艺指标测定,分析国内及日本稻米与标准大米样品的差异,为大宗稻米碾制加工现状提供数据支撑,供稻米加工从业人员查阅和参考。 To explore the current situation of bulk rice milling and processing,on-site research was conducted on 5 rice processing factories in Liaoning,Henan,Guangdong,and Guizhou regions.By taking various rice milling machines to grind rice,purchasing standard samples of japonica and indica rice,and Japanese finished rice,the process indicators of the above samples were determined,and the differences between domestic and Japanese rice and standard rice samples were analyzed.This provides data support for the current situation of bulk rice milling and processing,and provides reference for rice processing practitioners.
