摘要
食品安全监管部门制定和购买食品安全抽检服务要充分考虑抽检成本,制定合理的采购计划,对计划进行实施有效的监督,让食品安全抽检结果获得真实、有效、及时的反映,同时促进食品检验机构规范化经营和提高自身能力建设,更好地参与市场竞争。
Food safety supervision departments should fully consider the cost of sampling inspection in formulating and purchasing food safety sampling services.Formulate reasonable procurement plans,implement effective supervision of the plans,So that the results of food safety sampling can be true,Effective and timely reflected,and at the same time promote the standardized operation of food inspection institutions and improve their own capacity building.So as to better participate in market competition.
