摘要
随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对于食品安全问题越来越重视。近年来,我国发生了多起严重危害消费者身体健康甚至生命的重大食品质量安全事件,引起了全社会广泛关注。加强对食品检验工作的管理显得尤为重要。通过查阅文献资料并结合实际情况,从实验室环境条件、人员素质、仪器设备等方面探讨可能会导致食品检验结果出现偏差或失误的原因,同时,针对这些影响食品检测准确度的因素提出相应的解决措施与建议,为今后更好地做好食品检验工作提供参考依据。
With the development of society and economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people pay more and more attention to food safety issues.In recent years,there have been a number of major food quality and safety incidents that seriously endanger consumers'health and even their life in China,which have attracted wide attention from the whole society.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the management of food inspection work and standardize its behavior.By reviewing the literature and combining with the actual situation,this paper discusses the reasons for the deviation or error in food inspection results from the aspects of laboratory environment conditions,personnel quality,instruments and equipment,and proposes the corresponding solutions to the accuracy of food testing,so as to provide reference for better food inspection in the future.
