食物是人类生命活动和身体健康发展必需的重要能源,与人类的生命和生长息息相关。近年,我国的粮食安全问题越来越突出,已成为整个社会关注的焦点。近期发生的国产乳制品质量问题,使我国的食品安全问题又一次被社会广泛关注。食品卫生主管部门的首要任务就是对这些问题进行检验和监控,基于此,本文从当前形势出发,提出通过扩大地区的组织和机构,提高对食品的质量监控水平,从而保证国家的食品安全。

Food is an important energy source necessary for human life activities and healthy development,and is closely related to human life and growth.In recent years,the issue of food security has become increasingly prominent and has become the focus of attention of the entire society.The recent quality issues of domestic dairy products in China have once again drawn widespread attention from society.The primary task of the national food hygiene authorities is to inspect and monitor these issues.Based on the current situation,this article proposes to expand regional organizations and institutions to improve the level of food quality monitoring,so as to ensure national food safety.
