摘要
食品中微生物含量是评价食品卫生安全的重要因素之一。通过检测食品中的微生物,能够确定食品被微生物污染的程度。为此,本文对食品微生物检测过程的内、外质量控制进行了研究,通过内、外质量控制消除检测过程中存在的问题,以此提升检测结果的准确性。
Microbial content in food is one of the important factors to evaluate food safety.By detecting microorganisms in food,the degree of microbial contamination of food can be determined.Therefore,this paper studies the internal and external quality control of food microbial detection process.The purpose is to eliminate the problems in the detection process through internal and external quality control,so as to improve the accuracy of the detection results.
