气相色谱法对红薯中多种农药残留量的测定

摘要 随着中国社会经济的高速发展,人们对健康生活的要求日益提高,“饭桌上的安全”逐渐受到重视。其中,红薯作为中国民众喜爱的主要粮食作物,为了保证产量,农药的使用是有必要的,但不规范用药,就会增加红薯中农药的残留量,以此危害人体健康,所以,对红薯中农药残留量的检测十分有必要。气相色谱法常被用作监测有机化合物的重要手段,具有很高的准确性,十分适用于农药残留量的测定。因此,本文以湖北省红安县地区产出的红薯样品为例,简要分析气相色谱法同时测定红薯中多种农药残留量的过程。 With the rapid development of China's society and economy,people's requirements for healthy life are increasing day by day,and"safety at the table"is gradually paid attention to.Among them,sweet potato is the main food crop favored by Chinese people.In order to ensure the production,the use of pesticides is necessary.However,if the pesticides are not standardized,the pesticide residues in sweet potato will be increased,which will harm human health,it is necessary to test the pesticide residues in sweet potato.Gas chromatography is often used as an important means to monitor organic compounds,it has high accuracy.It is very suitable for the determination of pesticide residues.Therefore,in this paper,the sample of sweet potato produced in Hong'an County of Hubei Province is taken as an example to briefly analyze the process of simultaneous determination of pesticide residues in sweet potato by gas chromatography.
