市政路桥沉降段路基路面施工技术探索 被引量:1

摘要 为解决市政路桥沉降段开展路基路面施工时存在的路基路面平均压实系数低、施工后路基路面永久变形值大的问题,开展对其施工技术的探索研究。首先构建一个建立路基路面累积下沉模型,结合该模型中的参数变化,确定具体的施工方案为:搭设脚手架平台、钻孔、钢花管制作与安装、封孔与注浆。最后,通过对路基路面沉降值观测得出,新的施工技术可以实现对路基路面平均压实系数的控制,减小施工后路基路面永久变形值,从整体上提升沉降段路基路面施工的稳定性。 In order to solve the problems of low average compaction coefficient of roadbed and pavement and large permanent deformation value of roadbed and pavement after construction in the settlement section of municipal roads and bridges,exploration and research on its construction technology are carried out.Firstly,construct a cumulative settlement model for the roadbed and pavement,and combine the parameter changes in the model to determine the specific construction plan as follows:erecting scaffolding platforms,drilling holes,making and installing steel flower pipes,sealing holes,and grouting.Finally,by observing the settlement values of the roadbed and pavement,it can be concluded that the new construction technology can control the average compaction coefficient of the roadbed and pavement,reduce the permanent deformation value of the roadbed and pavement after construction,and improve the overall stability of the settlement section of the roadbed and pavement construction.
