摘要
漆包线生产中会产生一定量的挥发性有机废气,严重危害环境和人类健康。本研究针对铜/铝漆包线废气排放特点,设计“二级催化燃烧+收集+除油+RTO”组合工艺,结果表明,采用该组合工艺处理某漆包线企业废气的总去除效率可达98%以上,系统稳定运行,达标排放。该组合工艺既解决了废气达标排放问题,又解决了业主管道腐蚀等痛点,具有良好的应用效果和推广价值。
In the production of enameled wire,a certain amount of volatile organic waste gas is generated,which seriously endangers the environment and human health.This research focuses on the characteristics of exhaust gas emissions from copper/aluminum enameled wires and designs a combination process of"two-stage catalytic combustion+collection+oil removal+RTO".The results show that the total removal efficiency of exhaust gas from a certain enameled wire enterprise using this combination process can reach over 98%,and the system operates stably and meets the emission standards.This combination process not only solves the problem of exhaust gas emissions reaching the standard,but also solves the pain points such as pipeline corrosion of the owner,and has good application effects and promotion value..
