摘要
本研究设计了一种用于电动汽车直流充电机的绝缘检测系统,采用基于不平衡电桥的检测方法,进行了原理分析和理论计算,并设计了绝缘检测系统的硬件和软件。经过最终实际运行表明,设计的绝缘检测系统满足国标对直流充电机绝缘检测的要求,可以准确检测绝缘电阻值且稳定可靠。
This research designs a insulation detection system of newenergy vehiclesDC charging machine.The system use the detectionmethod based on unbalanced bridge,gives theoretical analysis andcalculation formulas,designsthe hardware and software of thesystem.The results show that theinsulation detection system can measure the insulationresistance of DC busaccurated and reliabledinthepracticaloperation.The system meetsthe requirements of national standards.
