摘要 随着工业发展的不断升级,我国面临的能源短缺问题依然突出。节能降耗是我国长期坚持的一项基本国策,目前压力容器大型化已成为一种不可逆转的发展趋势,因此压力容器的成本控制有着非常重要的意义。压力容器的成本控制首先要从设计开始考虑,在确保设备安全的基础上做到经济环保。本研究通过实例从应力分析设计方法、设备合理选材及余量的控制、设备结构优化、检测方法的合理选择等4个方面来阐述压力容器设计过程中的成本控制措施,供同行从业人员参考。 With the continuous upgrading of industrial development,the problem of energy shortage that our country faces is still serious.Energy saving and lowering is a basic national policy of our country for a long time.At present,maximization of pressure vessel is an irreversible development tendency,so the cost control of pressure vessel is of very important significance.The cost control of pressure vessel should first be considered from the design,and economic and environmental protection should be achieved on the basis of ensuring the safety of equipment.This research expounds the cost control measures in the process of pressure vessel design from four aspects:stress analysis and design method,reasonable material selection and margin control of equipment,equipment structure optimization,reasonable selection of testing method,etc.,for reference of the peer practitioners.
