摘要
为完善灌区配套,提高东岸灌区引水保证率,需要对和夏龙口渠首工程开展除险加固。通过科学分析工程实体缺陷和水文地质条件,提出了拆除重建的工作思路;通过对全拦河闸、闸堰结合和闸坝结合三种方案进行比选研究,提出了全拦河闸方案下泄洪冲砂闸、引水闸和上下游整治段的工程布置方案,并对闸顶高程、过流能力和抗冲消能设施进行水力计算,得到了渠首工程设计方案。该方案可为工程建设和类似项目提供技术参考。
In order to improve the supporting facilities of the irrigation area and improve the assurance rate of water diversion in the east bank irrigation area,it is necessary to carry out risk elimination and reinforcement for the Hexialongkou Canal Head Project.Through scientific analysis of engineering entity defects and hydrogeological conditions,the work ideas for demolition and reconstruction are proposed;Through comparison and research on three schemes,namely,full river sluice,combination of sluice and weir,and combination of sluice and dam,the engineering layout scheme for flood discharge and sand flushing sluice,diversion sluice,and upstream and downstream regulation sections of the full river sluice scheme is proposed.The hydraulic calculation of gate crest elevation,flow capacity,and anti erosion energy dissipation facilities is conducted,and the design scheme for the canal head project is obtained.This scheme can provide technical reference for engineering construction and similar projects.
