摘要
用户侧储能方式与场景多元化,对考虑电网需求的储能合理配置提出巨大挑战,新型电力系统建设背景下促进用户侧储能服务电网运行的优化配置,需要明晰多目标多因素用户侧储能配置方法。本文建立了一个优化配置模型,考虑到用户侧储能配置的位置和容量都是离散变量,并受到约束条件的限制,以优化用户侧储能服务电网运行为目标,并提出了突破用户侧储能服务电网运行全过程安全技术、创新用户侧储能服务电网运行的智慧调控技术等政策建议。
In the context of the construction of a new power system,the diversification of user-side energy storage methods and scenarios presents significant challenges for the reasonable allocation of energy storage that considers the needs of the power grid.To promote the optimization of user-side energy storage services for power grid operation,it is necessary to establish a clear multi-objective and multi-factor method for the allocation of user-side energy storage.This paper establishes an optimization model that considers the location and capacity of user-side energy storage as discrete variables and is subject to constraints.The model aims to optimize user-side energy storage services for power grid operation,and proposes policy recommendations for breaking through the safety technology of the entire process of user-side energy storage services for power grid operation and innovating intelligent regulation technology for user-side energy storage services for power grid operation.
