新型电力系统建设背景下促进用户侧储能服务电网运行的优化配置研究 被引量:3

摘要 用户侧储能方式与场景多元化,对考虑电网需求的储能合理配置提出巨大挑战,新型电力系统建设背景下促进用户侧储能服务电网运行的优化配置,需要明晰多目标多因素用户侧储能配置方法。本文建立了一个优化配置模型,考虑到用户侧储能配置的位置和容量都是离散变量,并受到约束条件的限制,以优化用户侧储能服务电网运行为目标,并提出了突破用户侧储能服务电网运行全过程安全技术、创新用户侧储能服务电网运行的智慧调控技术等政策建议。 In the context of the construction of a new power system,the diversification of user-side energy storage methods and scenarios presents significant challenges for the reasonable allocation of energy storage that considers the needs of the power grid.To promote the optimization of user-side energy storage services for power grid operation,it is necessary to establish a clear multi-objective and multi-factor method for the allocation of user-side energy storage.This paper establishes an optimization model that considers the location and capacity of user-side energy storage as discrete variables and is subject to constraints.The model aims to optimize user-side energy storage services for power grid operation,and proposes policy recommendations for breaking through the safety technology of the entire process of user-side energy storage services for power grid operation and innovating intelligent regulation technology for user-side energy storage services for power grid operation.
