一种输液管道减振的宽频域橡胶弹簧动力吸振系统设计仿真

摘要 针对化工、船舶等领域管道振动问题,设计了一种输液管道减振的宽频域橡胶弹簧动力吸振系统。依据经典吸振器设计理论,建立四重动力吸振器的力学模型,说明四重动力吸振器的优势,并求解最优同调,最优阻尼等参数。完成了一种新的四重动力吸振器的结构设计,并利用WorkBench软件对设计的四重动力吸振器进行有限元仿真分析。装有四重动力吸振器的管道可减少轴向、径向振动都在50%以上。 To solve the problem of piping vibration in the field of chemical industry and ship,a wide-frequency dynamic vibration absorb system with rubber spring is designed.According to the classical design theory of vibration absorber,the mechanical model of quadruple dynamic vibration absorber is established,the advantages of quadruple dynamic vibration absorber are explained,and the parameters such as optimal coherence and optimal damping are solved.The structure design of a new quadruple dynamic vibration absorber is completed.The finite element simulation analysis of the designed quadruple dynamic vibration absorber is carried out by using WorkBench software.The axial and radial vibration of the pipeline with quadruple dynamic vibration absorber can be reduced by more than 50%.
