众创视域下高职“PLC控制技术”课程改革提升学生技能与素养研究

在“大众创业,万众创新”背景下,通过课程教学改革提升高职院校学生岗位能力和职业素养,是教学改革的应然选择。深入分析现阶段西部高职院校“PLC控制技术”课程教学现状,针对学生岗位能力不足、职业素养不强,创新创业能力欠缺问题,应用实用教育理论,提出以真实项目搭建教学载体,以岗位能力要求和企业设计制造调试标准为引领,提升学生岗位能力,并将课程在生产过程中蕴含的思政元素深入挖掘,融入教学内容,以新技术学习为导向,加强课中创新思维训练,课下创业实践交流展示,改革措施落实在“PLC控制技术”课程实施过程和考核评价之中,明显提升了学生岗位能力、就业创业能力及职业素养,被省内机电一体化大师工作室兄弟院校借鉴推广。

To improve the professional ability and quality of vocational college students,teaching reform is one of the important issues with the background of“Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation of manufacturing courses in vocational colleges,the practical education theory system was used to analyze and summarize the problem.Three opinions were given through in-depth analysis of the current situation of vocational education courses.First,take real projects as the teaching carrier,take job requirements and standards as the guide,and realize excellent post ability.Second,integrate the ideological and political elements of the curriculum in the professional courses with the'three integration and four special'model.Third,integrate innovation in the classroom and entrepreneurship exercises in the classroom to improve students'employment and entrepreneurship ability.This curriculum reform method has been applied in the PLC controlling technology course and achieved good results.
