可穿戴力学传感器微结构的制备策略综述

摘要 为考察可穿戴力学传感器难以兼容大范围响应和高灵敏度等技术难题,文中结合可穿戴力学传感器微结构的金字塔、柱状和裂缝等不同类型,分别从非规则表面微结构、规则表面微结构和内部微结构三个方面进行了梳理。通过系统归纳总结激光刻蚀法、静电纺丝法、阳极氧化法、加热收缩法、预拉伸法等微结构的制备策略,为以微结构为基础设计的可穿戴力学传感器的研制及应用提供了理论依据。 To investigate the technical problems that common wearable mechanical sensors do not have wide range response and high sensitivity to mechanical signals,this paper presents pyramidal,columnar and crack wearable mechanical sensor microstructures from the three aspects of irregular surface microstructure,regular surface microstructure and internal microstructure.It systematically summarizes various preparation strategies for microstructures,such as laser etching,electrostatic spinning,anodic oxidation,heating shrinkage,and pre stretching,providing a theoretical basis for the development and application of wearable mechanical sensors based on microstructures.
