城乡融合背景下乡村振兴与新型城镇化耦合协调评价研究——以吉林省为例

Coupling Coordination Evaluation of Rural Revitalization and New Urbanization under Background of Urban-rural Integration:A Case Study of Jilin Province

通过测度吉林省乡村振兴与新型城镇化的发展水平,分析了两者的耦合协调度,探究了影响两者协同发展的主要因素。研究结果表明:2011─2020年吉林省的城乡发展水平整体呈上升趋势;乡村振兴与新型城镇化的耦合协调度呈现波动上升趋势;乡村文化站机构数、农业机械总动力、城乡居民收入比、农村居民可支配收入、村民居委会数等乡村振兴指标对新型城镇化发展水平的贡献较大;互联网普及率、城市污水处理率、城市人均拥有道路面积、每万人高等学校在校学生以及城镇居民人均可支配收入等新型城镇化指标对乡村振兴发展水平的贡献较大。基于上述结果,提出了以下建议:树立科学的城乡融合发展理念、建立健全城乡要素合理配置机制、加快农业产业创新步伐、创新城乡发展模式,以推动吉林省的城乡融合发展。

By measuring the development level of rural revitalization and new urbanization,the coupling coordination degree of the two was analyzed,and the main factors affecting the coordinated development of the two were explored.The results showed that the overall level of urban and rural development in Jilin from 2011 to 2020 showed an upward trend.The coupling coordination degree of rural revitalization and new urbanization showed a fluctuating upward trend.Rural revitalization indicators such as the number of rural cultural station institutions,the total power of agricultural machinery,the income ratio of urban and rural residents,the disposable income of rural residents and the number of villagers’neighborhood committees have contributed greatly to the development goals of new urbanization.New urbanization indicators such as Internet penetration,urban sewage treatment rate,per capita road area in cities,per 10000 students in higher education and per capita disposable income of urban residents have contributed greatly to the goal of rural revitalization and development.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions were put forward:establishing a scientific concept of urban-rural integration development,establishing and improving the rational allocation of urban and rural elements,accelerating the pace of innovation in the agricultural industry and innovating the urban-rural development model to promote the integration of urban and rural development.
