中国海洋经济韧性发展的空间网络结构研究

Development and Spatial Structure of China’s Marine Economic Resilience

海洋是高质量发展的战略要地,大力发展海洋经济、增强海洋经济韧性是积极应对内外部冲击的必然要求。通过构建海洋经济韧性指标体系,综合运用投影寻踪模型和社会网络分析,探究中国海洋经济韧性发展的动态过程及其空间关联的网络结构特征。结果表明:2007—2019年中国沿海地区海洋经济韧性呈现增长态势,其中抵抗性发展较快,鲁棒性发展较慢,生态风险仍然较高;海洋经济韧性空间关联不断增强,形成以山东、上海、广东为核心的多层次网络空间结构,分别辐射或控制北部、东部和南部三大海洋经济圈;地理空间邻近性以及经济发展水平、产业结构和科技投入等差异对海洋经济韧性空间关联具有显著的正向影响。

The ocean is a strategic location for high-quality development.To develop the marine economy positively and make it more resilient is a necessary requirement for actively responding to internal and external shocks.By constructing an index system of marine economic resilience(MER)and using projection pursuit model and social network analysis,this paper explored the dynamics of MER development and characteristics of its spatial network for China.The results show that the MER in coastal areas of China shows an increasing trend from 2007 to 2019,with the resistance develops rapidly while the robustness develops slowly,and the ecological risk is still high.The spatial correlation of MER is increasing,forming a multi-level cyberspace structure with Shandong,Shanghai and Guangdong as the cores that radiating or controlling the three marine economic circles in the north,east and south respectively.Geographical proximity and the difference in economic development level,industrial structure and investment in S&T have significant positive effects on the spatial correlation of MER.
