职业生涯规划是教育研究的重要方面,也是公费师范生培养中的一个灵魂性问题。以四川文理学院为研究区,围绕公费师范生的职业生涯规划政策现状,职业生涯评估,职业生涯规划实施进行调查并提出相应的路径探索方案,以更好的提升公费师范生职业规划能力和实践,为社会主义培养合格的接班人。

Career planning is an important aspect of education research,and it is also a soul issue in the training of publicly-funded teacher training students.Taking Sichuan University of Arts and Sciences as the research area.This paper investigates the current status of career planning policies,career evaluation,and career planning implementation of public-ly-funded students for teacher and proposes corresponding path exploration plans to better improve the career planning ability and practice and cultivate qualified successors for socialism.
