“思政+专业”中高职思政课一体化教学模式探析 被引量:4

摘要 “思政+专业”中高职思政课一体化教学模式是着眼于职业教育类型特色的思政课一体化教学探索。职业教育类型特色是着力点,德育与智育互融共进是生长点,精准思政是切入点。通过思政课对接专业群,将思政课教材体系转化为具有专业群特点的思政课教学体系:教学内容上,实施思政课“一专业群一策”;教学模式上,将思政课实践教学与专业课实践教学相结合;教学师资上,形成思政课教师为主导的多元协同机制。提升思政课与专业课在“立德树人”工作上的结合,形成全方位育人协同效应,深化中高职思政课一体化探索,丰富思政课程与课程思政协同育人理论。 The integrated teaching mode of"ideological and political+professional"secondary and higher vocational ideological and political courses is an integrated teaching exploration of ideological and political courses focusing on the characteristics of voca-tional education.The characteristics of vocational education types are the focus point,the mutual integration of moral education and intellectual education is the growth point,and precise ideology and politics are the entry point.Through the docking of ideological and political courses with professional groups,the teaching material system of ideological and political courses is transformed into a teaching system of ideological and political courses with the characteristics of professional groups.In terms of teaching content,the ideological and political course of"one professional group and one policy"is implemented;In terms of teaching mode,the practical teaching of ideological and political courses is combined with the practical teaching of professional courses;In terms of teaching teachers,a pluralistic coordination mechanism led by teachers of ideological and political courses has been formed.We should im-prove the combination of ideological and political courses and professional courses in the work of"cultivating people with virtue"to form an all-round synergy effect of educating people.The exploration of integration of secondary and higher vocational ideological and political courses is deepened,and the theory of education is enriched by ideological and political courses and curriculum ideo-logical and political collaborative education.
