摘要 产教融合、校企合作是职业教育的本质要求,也是职业教育外应形势变化,内接专业(群)发展的必由之路,在推动形成产教良性互动、校企优势互补,改善办学条件,提高职业教育适应性、吸引力和培养质量等方面起着举足轻重的作用。为破解企业参与职业教育的深度与融合问题,以校企合作共建产教融合型实训基地为载体,以培养德技并修,适应企业生产、管理、服务一线需要的高素质技术技能人才为目的,探讨职业院校产教融合型实训基地校企共建模式,基于山东交通职业学院校企合作“333”模式和“双导向、三融入、四对接”的建设路径,实现产教研融合互促,课岗证多维赋能综合育人的校企合作模式,推进职业院校校企合作深入开展,为职业院校实训基地建设高质量内涵发展提供借鉴。 The integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation are the essential requirement of vocational education,and are also the only road for vocational education outside in response to changes in the situation,and inside connecting with the professional(group)development.They play a pivotal role in promoting the formation of positive interaction between in-dustry and education,complementing the advantages of schools and enterprises,improving school-running conditions,and enhanc-ing the adaptability,attractiveness and training quality of vocational education.In order to crack the depth and integration of enter-prise participation in vocational education,taking the cooperation between schools and enterprises to build a training base for the in-tegration of production and education as a carrier,and taking the cultivation of high quality,technical and skilled talents who have both qualities and skills,and can adapt to the needs of the front line of production,management and service of enterprises as the aim,the paper explores the school-enterprise co-constructed model of production-education integrated practical training base in voca-tional colleges.Based on"3+3"model of school-enterprise cooperation in Shandong Transport Vocational College,and the con-struction path of"double orientation,three integration and four docking",a school-enterprise cooperation mode is formed to realize mutual promotion of production-education-research integration,and comprehensive education of multi-dimensional empowerment of course,post and certificate,to promote the in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges,and to provide reference for the high-quality connotation development of construction of the practical training base in vocational colleges.
